Shipping within New Zealand

We offer shipping at a flat rate of $10 NZ-wide! 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 days during busier periods such as Christmas.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email madeonearthnz@gmail.com

Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly, as additional shipping charges for redelivery will be charged. 

Shipping to Australia and UK.

We offer shipping at a flat rate of $25 to Australia and $40 to UK. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are sent via NZ Post Economy Tracked Parcel Service

Unforeseen Delays

We are dispatching orders within 1-3 business days, however, please allow a slight delay in your parcel arriving to you due to supply chain issues across the NZ Post network. Once your parcel leaves our studio, we have no control over the time it takes to get to you.

If you have not yet received your parcel, please check your tracking number and if you are concerned, please email us at madeonearthnz@gmail.com and we can lodge this on your behalf.

 

Returns and Refunds

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns on “change of mind” goods. Please be careful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased.

 

Breakages

In the unfortunate event that you have received a candle that has broken during transit, please email us at madeonearthnz@gmail.com within 24-hours of receiving the item with a photo of the packaging, and the broken candle. We will replace the broken candle for you within 5-days not including postage time.
